"Summit Fairway" serves a luxury residence positioned above a golf community in Steamboat Springs. The home combines contemporary and traditional mountain architecture and is built into a hillside that opens toward the club and surrounding landscape.

The completed system pairs 106 kWh of battery storage with a 24 kW solar array. Battery equipment is located in the basement mechanical room, and 48 loads are coordinated across the 600A service. The control strategy keeps major residential systems within available power while maintaining whole-home backup capability.
