Abuse prevention
Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent abuse.
Request delivery
Accepted requests are stored in an encrypted, site-local outbox before Gmail delivery.
Consultation scheduling
If you request scheduling, JLJ derives availability from private Google Calendar data; a selected slot remains tentative until Calendar confirms an event.
Documents
After acceptance, the secure document drop validates approved files before transferring them to a restricted Google Shared Drive. Files remain encrypted while staged, and staging files are deleted within 24 hours.
Retention and security
Delivered outbox payloads are deleted after successful delivery; terminal failures expire within seven days. Consultation records and final documents are reviewed for deletion 24 months after the last consultation activity.
Analytics boundary
JLJ minimizes logs and does not send names, contact details, free-form content, receipt IDs, appointment details, or document metadata to analytics.
