Project overview
"Hillside Cascade" is a four-story luxury residence built into an exceptionally steep site. From the street, the property presents as a restrained single-story home; the downhill elevation reveals three additional levels with stacked balconies, terraces, and expansive glazing.
The engineering scope combines 254 kWh of battery storage, 72 kW of power capacity, and a 20 kW solar contribution. The system is designed around an 800A three-phase service and 91 controlled loads. Equipment access, vertical distribution, structural routing, solar contribution, and permitting constraints were considered together before equipment and installation decisions became commitments.
