Garden Court

"Garden Court" is the companion property to "Bel-Air Legacy." The site includes a substantial guest residence connected to the neighboring estate by a covered walkway, along with a separate garage building and an in-law suite above it.

The engineering scope defines 190.9 kWh of battery storage with 36 kW of power capacity across a 400A service. Sixty-four controlled loads coordinate the guest residence, garage, secondary living space, and associated mechanical systems. Distribution routing and equipment placement were developed around the property's multiple structures and established landscaping.
