Project overview
"Bel-Air Legacy" is the primary residence within a coordinated two-property resilience program. The traditional estate includes a 15,000- to 20,000-square-foot main residence, a separate theatre building, pool, tennis court, koi pond, and extensive formal landscaping.
The engineering scope defines 556 kWh of battery storage with 48 kW of power capacity, supporting a 600A service and 86 controlled loads. Battery equipment is planned for a gardener's building adjacent to the garage, separating it from the primary living spaces while preserving practical service access.
